It's impossible to navigate life as believers without faith. But what about when it comes to asking for a mate? Many people find themselves doubting that God can bless them with the right partner. The common excuse is that it’s not our job to search for a partner, but that’s not entirely true. According to the Word of God, it’s a process of being found.

Invite God into Your Life

Proverbs 3:6 teaches us to acknowledge God in all our ways so He can direct our paths. This means inviting God into every aspect of our lives, including our search for a soulmate. Without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6), and if we don't believe, we're essentially wasting not just our time but God’s time as well.

The Train of Life

Let's visualize this process with a metaphor—our train of life. Imagine the first car of this train representing the Word of God, our source of power. The second car is our faith, which fuels and activates God’s Word in our lives. The final car, the caboose, holds our emotions, thoughts, and fears. To move forward, we need the power and fuel from the first two cars, not letting our emotions derail us.
